• End-to-end recruitment across various roles and levels

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with stakeholders

• Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Supporting employer branding and hiring initiatives

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Passion for hiring and building strong teams
