Role Description This is a full-time on-site & Offshore role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Dubai & India. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be responsible for employer branding efforts and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The specialist will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Qualifications Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Interviewing Skills in Hiring and Employer Branding Strong Recruiting skills Experience of 3-6yrs into E2E recruitement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in the technology industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
