Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Manufacturing and Engineering roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding support.
  • Handle hiring for roles such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, R&D, Projects, Design, Tool Room, SCM, and Plant Operations.
  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendor networks, and local talent pools.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates through telephonic/video interviews to assess technical skills, industry exposure, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, internal recruitment teams, and client/hiring managers.
  • Develop a clear understanding of plant operations, shift requirements, manpower planning, and compliance norms.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS / HRMS systems and ensure timely status updates.
  • Meet hiring targets and turnaround time (TAT) as per project requirements.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and support offer discussions in alignment with client budgets.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical manufacturing roles.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, data confidentiality, and statutory compliance.
  • Represent VisioHR professionally in all interactions with candidates and clients.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5+ years of experience in Manufacturing or Engineering recruitment.
  • Proficiency in various HRIS/HRMS platforms and payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in data-driven recruitment decisions.
