Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Remote Job Type: Fulltime EST Shift Experience Required: 3-7 Years Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet the companys current and future workforce needs. This position requires a proactive individual with a passion for recruitment and a deep understanding of hiring trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements. Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience. Candidate Engagement: Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey. Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Prepare interview panels and provide feedback to candidate’s post-interview. Onboarding Support: Work with HR and managers to facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using ATS (Prefers JobDiva) and other recruitment tools. Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search). Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with employer branding strategies. Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
