Responsibilities: Properly interprets job requirements and creating search strings to yield quality matching candidates quickly Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, closing on offer, and leading to start for non-IT requirements with US-based clients. Documents candidate interview notes, activities, and process flow in JobDiva applicant tracking system Sources from Job Diva and job portals, to include Monster, CareerBuilder, and DICE, as needed Writes and/or edits job postings and post on job portals Utilizes knowledge of US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc. Services contract, permanent & C2H (contract to hire) positions Complies with documentation requirements in JobDiva and as otherwise required. Consistently services assigned requirements, bringing strong ratio of submittals to interviews to hires Works as a team player, willing to work on what is assigned, collaborating with others, and tending to the greater good of the company Qualifications: College degree 2 to 4+ years of experience in US recruitment, preferably including both IT and non-IT recruitment with good solid experience working with Direct clients. Good experience working on requirements like (Admin/Clerical, Managed Print Services, business professional, and light industrial etc.) Strong record of placements (1 to 4 average per month, ideally, depending on type of clients/reqs) Experience working in an applicant tracking system, ideally JobDiva. Able to properly interpret requirements and build relevant search strings to quickly locate best match candidates. Adept in proper job interpretation and search string construction Service level jobs. Able to sustain fast pace of work Experience sourcing from job portals, such as Monster, DICE, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn etc. Experience creating and posting jobs on job portals Strong written and verbal communications skills, for communicating well with US candidates Able to build rapport to create relationships with and loyalty of candidates Team player and positive attitude, willing to service what is assigned and willing to work on projects and initiatives, as requested or assigned. Willing and able to follow and/or lead, as needed, with an attitude of seeking first and foremost the greater good of Company.
