AI Transformation Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AI Czar with 2+ years of experience to lead our AI adoption initiative across all five service lines. This role will focus on identifying high-impact opportunities for process automation , evaluating and implementing AI-driven solutions , and ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, cost savings, and service quality. Key Responsibilities AI Strategy & Implementation Develop and execute a company-wide AI strategy to enhance automation and process optimization. Identify high-impact use cases across HR, Procurement, Digital Marketing, Finance, and Technology services. Work closely with business leaders to assess pain points and inefficiencies that AI can solve. Solution Evaluation & Deployment Research and evaluate commercially available AI agents and platforms to determine the best-fit solutions. Conduct feasibility studies to compare off-the-shelf AI solutions vs. custom-built AI agents . Lead the implementation and integration of AI solutions within existing workflows. Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure seamless deployment and compliance . Performance Measurement & Optimization Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of AI adoption. Continuously monitor and refine AI-driven processes to maximize efficiency and ROI . Develop reporting frameworks to communicate AI adoption progress to leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with department heads and leadership to drive AI transformation initiatives. Work closely with vendors, data scientists, and AI engineers to customize solutions. Conduct training and change management programs to ensure smooth adoption. Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in AI strategy, process automation, or related fields. Strong understanding of AI technologies, automation tools, and machine learning applications . Experience evaluating third-party AI platforms and domain-specific AI agents . Ability to analyze business processes and identify AI-driven optimization opportunities . Proven track record of implementing AI solutions and measuring business impact . Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills. Familiarity with AI governance, security, and compliance best practices . Preferred Qualifications Experience working in HR, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, or Technology solutions . Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms such as OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar. Background in data analytics and business intelligence tools. Why Join Us?
