Utilizing databases and social media, you will source and engage potential candidates, review resumes and applications, and conduct interviews using proven recruiting and selection techniques to identify top talent efficiently. Moreover, you will evaluate applicants based on their knowledge, skills, experience, and soft skills, ensuring a thorough assessment of their aptitudes. Your role will also involve facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their seamless integration into the organization. This position is full-time, requiring your presence on-site in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, five days a week.
