TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST LOCATION: NOIDA ONSITE (SECTOR 62) HOURS: 6:30pm - 3:30am IST ARK Solutions, Inc. is a leading IT staffing company specializing in providing top talent to our clients in the private and public sector in the areas of IT and Legal Staffing. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional staffing solutions to meet our clients' evolving IT requirements. We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for hiring for internal India Positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, with a heavy focus on staffing and HR professionals in the local area Conduct initial phone and/or video screenings to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Primary point of contact with candidate throughout the recruitment process Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and preferences Provide insights and recommendations on candidate shortlisting Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (JobDiva) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field Proven experience (2+ years) in talent acquisition/recruitment Familiarity with various sourcing tools, social media platforms, and job boards, including LinkedIn RPS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization Familiarity with JobDiva is a plus WHY ARK?
