Company Name: eClerx Experience: 2+ years Location: Navi Mumbai - Airoli/Pune - Hinjewadi Interview Mode: Virtual/F2F Interview Rounds: 2-3 Rounds Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days Generic description: Roles and Responsibilities : Manage bulk hiring campaigns for BFSI clients, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to identify top performers and develop plans to retain them. Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. Job Requirements : 2+ years of experience in BPO recruitment or related field (BFSI). Proven track record in bulk hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring, or mass recruitment. Strong understanding of the BFSI industry trends and regulations. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
