Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in Delhi, India. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and continually improving recruitment strategies. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain effective communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
