About The Roles

We are hiring for multiple HR-related positions to support our growing teams across Mohali, Gurgaon, and Karnal. We are looking for passionate professionals with experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations to help us build a strong workforce while ensuring smooth administrative processes. These roles are perfect for candidates from service-oriented industries who are proactive, detail-driven, and eager to contribute to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition / Recruiter:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build talent pipelines using job boards, referrals, and networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Track recruitment metrics and ensure compliance with company policies.

HR Operations (Payroll & Compliance)

Manage payroll processing, reimbursements, benefits, and statutory deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, EPF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and support onboarding/offboarding.
Assist in audits and reporting while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or 3+ years in HR operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
