Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Leverage various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for role and company culture
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection
• Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering
• Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for diverse roles
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and recruitment practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
