Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team in Singapore. In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with business leaders, and help attract top talent to support organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Leverage various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to attract candidates Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit for role and company culture Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience enhancements Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering Proven experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for diverse roles Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and recruitment practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Flexible on-site or hybrid working arrangements Opportunities to work on strategic talent acquisition initiatives Professional development and career growth opportunities Collaborative and dynamic HR team environment How to Apply: Submit your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your talent acquisition experience via [Job Portal / LinkedIn Apply].
