Job Overview:
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you won’t just fill roles—you’ll build teams. We’re looking for someone who’s creative, proactive, and passionate about finding great talent. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, own end-to-end hiring, and play a key role in shaping the tech DNA of Locus.Your Day-to-Day

• Drive full-cycle hiring across tech roles—Engineering, Product, Data, and more.
• Think beyond LinkedIn—craft innovative sourcing strategies, tap into tech communities, and build a strong pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and define what great looks like.
• Deliver a top-notch candidate experience—timely, personal, and transparent.
• Experiment with hiring channels, content, and campaigns to build brand visibility in the tech ecosystem.
• Track hiring metrics and continuously improve the process.
  

What You Bring

• 3–6 years of experience in tech hiring, ideally in a product startup environment.
• Creative sourcing mindset—you know where to look and how to pitch.
• Strong storytelling skills—you can sell a vision, not just a job.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Freshteam is a plus).
• Hustle, ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setup.
