Key Result Areas:

Strategic Talent Planning

  • Craft recruitment strategies and manpower plans aligned with business needs
  • Position the company as an Employer of Choice with seamless candidate experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and hiring leaders using market insights

Operational Efficiency & Metrics

  • Meet monthly closure targets, maintain the set TAT and offer-to-join ratio
  • Adhere to source mix, keep early attrition below the set standards along with the dropout rate
  • Ensure 100% compliance with policies, ATS, and hiring documentation
  • Maintain the set quality of hiring through post-hire confirmations

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Build a high-performing team that exceeds KPIs (closures, pipeline health)
  • Drive high-velocity and quality recruitment through strong team capabilities

Process Excellence & Data-Driven Hiring

  • Standardize and streamline recruitment processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Leverage data and insights to optimize recruitment strategies and guide decisions

Project Fulfilment & Stakeholder Satisfaction

  • Rapidly fulfil billable roles in sync with project/client timelines
  • Ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery with optimal resource utilization

To be tailor-fit for the above, you need to have,

a) Exposure of end-to-end recruitment, including market/talent mapping, salary benchmarking etc.

b) Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills.

c) Hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, reporting and presentation to stakeholders (using ATS/HRMS, reporting tools).

d) A technological bent of mind and the ability to adapt to the latest technical advancements in the recruitment space.

e) Good negotiation and convincing skills

f) Good business acumen

g) Key skills/attributes like emotional intelligence, agility and good decision making which are crucial to cater successfully as a talent acquisition lead.
