d) A technological bent of mind and the ability to adapt to the latest technical advancements in the recruitment space.
e) Good negotiation and convincing skills
f) Good business acumen
g) Key skills/attributes like emotional intelligence, agility and good decision making which are crucial to cater successfully as a talent acquisition lead.
