Your Responsibilities

Build a strong, positive work culture by implementing the right policies and practices.
Lead talent planning and acquisition for your region.
Ensure smooth onboarding and effective handholding of new hires to boost their productivity.
Plan and run employee engagement activities that energize and motivate teams.
Collaborate with the Training Manager to identify capability-building opportunities.
Engage with employees regularly to improve satisfaction and retention.
Deliver accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and MIS data.
Launch at least one people-focused initiative every quarter that benefits both employees and business.

What Were Looking For

* End to End Recruitment- Sales hiring, Bulk hiring, Volume hiring, Campus recruitment.

* MBA in HR (Full-time, Regular Degree)
* 6+ years of total experience into hiring.

* Strong planning and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills* A learning mindset with an assertive and proactive approach
