Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding initiatives
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
