The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can effectively attract and assess top talent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in the recruitment process.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking to find qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and other recruitment sources to establish a talent pipeline.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidates effectively and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
