Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment across retail , corporate functions, and sales roles ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals; forecast hiring needs and prepare talent planning.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines via diverse sourcing methodssocial media, job portals, referrals, agencies, campus drivestargeting senior roles.
Design employer branding initiatives to enhance Tata Croma’s appeal as an employer of choice.
Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to align role definitions, manage compensation discussions, and negotiate offers.
Oversee ATS utilization—ensure accurate tracking of candidate progression, maintain recruitment dashboards, and report on metrics like time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters—set SLAs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Analyze recruitment trends and market intelligence to anticipate talent gaps and recommend strategic adjustments.
Ensure recruitment compliance with labour laws, Tata Group policies, and internal HR standards.

Ideal Profile

12- 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership of high-size teams
Proven track record in retail or consumer-facing sectors with exposure to leadership hiring
Strong expertise in sourcing, employer branding, ATS, recruitment analytics, and stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset
