Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for technical and non-technical positions across the organization.
• Develop and execute effective

  talent sourcing strategies

  for niche roles in water, irrigation, canal, and mining projects.
• Partner with project heads, site HR, and department leads to forecast manpower requirements.
  
• Source candidates through

  portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, agencies, and campus drives.

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical competence and cultural fit.
  
• Negotiate offers, ensure smooth onboarding, and manage the recruitment MIS.
  
• Build and maintain a

  talent pipeline

  for future requirements.
• Drive

  employer branding

  and engagement initiatives to attract top talent.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring approvals, job descriptions, and recruitment metrics.
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring processes and organizational standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum

  10 years of core recruitment experience

  in Infra / EPC / Water / Mining sectors.
• Proven ability to close niche technical positions within tight timelines.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience in handling

  senior-level and project-based recruitment

  .
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
