Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Talent Acquisition:
Drive and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for corporate and plant roles, including mid-senior and leadership hiring.
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with business leaders, function heads, and the CEO to understand manpower planning, headcount forecasts, and strategic hiring requirements.
Leadership Hiring:
Lead critical leadership mandates ensuring high-quality talent pipelines and timely closures.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
Align hiring plans with business goals; drive data-driven decision-making through regular dashboards, reports, and metrics.
Employer Branding:
Strengthen employer brand in relevant markets through strategic partnerships and digital initiatives.
Vendor Management:
Manage and evaluate external recruitment partners to ensure quality delivery.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure recruitment compliance, maintain accurate hiring data, and present hiring metrics to the senior management and CEO.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Manufacturing sectors.
Proven experience in both
corporate and plant hiring
.
Strong understanding of
lateral and leadership hiring practices
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with data and create strategic reports for CXO-level stakeholders.
High agility, execution focus, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
