Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager located in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting
• Proficiency in conducting Interviews and employing effective interviewing techniques
• Skills in developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
