Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with CIMETs business goals and growth plans.
  • Forecast short-term and long-term hiring needs in consultation with leadership and department heads.
  • Manage hiring plans for India, Australia, and the Philippines across technical, operational, and support functions.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using diverse sourcing strategies including job portals, LinkedIn, campus hiring, referrals, and agencies.
  • Drive a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Team & Process Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters; set performance goals and KPIs.
  • Standardize recruitment processes, tools, and documentation in line with global best practices.
  • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics (TAT, quality of hire, source efficiency, etc.).

Stakeholder & Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on role requirements and timelines.
  • Promote CIMETs employer brand through campaigns, social media presence, and participation in job fairs/events.
  • Partner with Marketing and HR to create recruitment content and promotional material.

Compliance & Technology

  • Ensure all hiring practices comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR tools for efficient hiring workflows and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven success hiring across multiple geographies and domains with Technical Hiring.as an expertise.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling organizations, preferably in SaaS, IT, or BPO.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools , ATS platforms, and HR analytics.
