Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our innovative IT firm, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process across all levels of the organization. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, specifically in the IT industry across various professional levels. - Strong understanding of startup culture and the ability to excel in a high-pressure, high-reward environment. - Experience in utilizing diverse recruitment channels and tools, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems. - Excellent interviewing skills to assess technical and cultural fit. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced setting. - Self-driven, results-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement. - Familiarity with employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices. - Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
