Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Easebuzz, your main responsibility will be finding, recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented candidates. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition strategy for the company. Your role will involve designing and executing employer branding activities, encouraging employee referrals, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies - Design and execute employer branding activities to attract top talent - Plan and implement employee referral programs and selection processes - Utilize HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools, and various sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles - Conduct interviews, screening calls, and administer psychological tests - Review employment applications and background check reports - Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process and suggest measures for improvement - Lead, oversee, and supervise members of the recruiting team - Attend career fairs, college events, and similar functions to source potential candidates - Determine HR and recruiting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create reports - Handle End to End Pre and Post Onboarding experience until the completion of the hired employee's probation period Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar HR role - Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques - Familiarity with various selection methods and HR tools like HRIS, ATS, and Recruitment Marketing tools - Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and a background in human resources or business administration - Technology background is a plus - Ability to analyze large data sets to derive insights and improve platform capabilities - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Strong time-management and critical thinking abilities - Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or relevant field Note: Easebuzz is a rapidly growing organization with a culture of openness, ownership, and collaboration.
