As an Executive - Talent Acquisition at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to implement recruitment strategies. You will utilize both passive and active recruiting methods to build a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the organization's manpower needs and posting job openings on internal and external portals - Organizing recruitment-related documents such as CVs and offer letters in compliance with standards - Screening and evaluating external and internal applicants to match qualifications with job requirements - Conducting recruitment activities including screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process - Maintaining timely communication with candidates regarding interview feedback and ensuring proper background verification - Issuing offer/rejection letters, negotiating with candidates, and acting as a liaison between the business and potential hires - Collaborating with Functional Heads and the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to optimize the recruitment process - Updating the Recruitment Management Information System (MIS) and providing recruiting reports to the team - Staying informed about recruitment trends, suggesting improvements, and developing relationships with recruitment agencies - Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and generating reports within specified time frames Qualifications Required: - MBA qualification - Age below 35 - 3 to 4 years of relevant experience This role is based in Mumbai, Andheri, Maharashtra, India, with a salary range offered as per industry standards (INR).,
