Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of junior recruiters, ensuring effective recruitment strategies. Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future job openings. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and analyze recruitment performance for continuous improvement.
