Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead IT Recruiter to manage and lead our IT recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent, while mentoring a team of recruiters to meet the growing needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific IT hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and technical screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of junior recruiters, ensuring effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Track recruitment metrics, generate reports, and analyze recruitment performance for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with salary negotiations and the offer process to ensure the best possible outcome for both candidates and the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the IT recruitment market and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter, with a strong background in recruiting for technical roles.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role in recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS systems).
  • Strong understanding of IT skill sets and technical terminology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience with recruitment for emerging technologies or niche IT roles.
