About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, including candidate sourcing, client coordination, ATS and assessment toolmanagement, while effectively handling candidate objections and driving successfulnegotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes across multiple functions and
levels.
  • Directly interact with clients and hiring managers to gather requirements, provide hiring status
updates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various assessment tools effectively for
managing candidate pipelines, status updates, and interview scheduling.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels including job portals,
social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Manage candidate objections effectively and maintain high levels of candidate engagement
throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Negotiate offers with selected candidates within set salary brackets and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters in the team (if applicable).
  • Maintain hiring reports, dashboards, and ensure data integrity on ATS and recruitment
trackers.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably in
IT/Consulting/Managed Services.
  • Prior exposure in client coordination and requirement management.
  • Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms and assessment tools (like TestGorilla,
HackerRank, or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage objections and tough
candidate discussions smoothly.
  • Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and employment
trends.
  • Well-versed in creating recruitment reports and dashboards for internal and client reporting.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and organized with attention to detail.
