Talent Acquisition Lead

You will work closely with the TA Head and Stakeholders to develop and implement a sourcing strategy that aligns with the hiring requirements for the Airports BU. Collaboration with key business stakeholders is essential to gain insights into the business landscape. An ideal candidate should possess a pleasant demeanor and expertise in market mapping, direct sourcing techniques for both volume and leadership hiring. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market mapping to identify potential talent for various positions within the assigned BU. Evaluating candidates for their suitability for specific roles, gathering and analyzing market data to derive insights, and supporting decision-making processes will be key aspects of your role. Building a strong network and candidate pipeline, preparing reports and presentations to communicate research findings, and sharing recommendations with senior management will also be crucial. You will be expected to take on the role of executive hiring lead in the absence of the designated individual. Additionally, ensuring documentation and compliance adherence as per established processes will be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in stakeholder management, sourcing, pipelining, and market mapping for both volume and niche roles. Experience in sourcing candidates through direct channels such as job boards and social media platforms is highly desirable. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is required for this position.
