About the Role Lead and scale talent acquisition strategies aligned with renewable energy business growth. Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions. Champion employer branding and candidate experience in the sustainability space. Partner with leadership for strategic workforce planning and forecasting. Manage a team of recruiters, driving performance and development. Key Responsibilities Design and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for roles across engineering, operations, project development, and corporate support. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing plans. Lead a team of recruiters and coordinators; provide coaching, support, and performance feedback. Enhance employer branding through digital campaigns, partnerships, job fairs, and industry events. Build proactive talent pipelines for future and hard-to-fill roles. Track key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, diversity stats) and optimize recruitment processes accordingly. Ensure hiring practices align with local employment laws and DEI goals. Use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve efficiency. Requirements 8+ years of talent acquisition experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in recruiting for renewable energy, sustainability, or engineering roles. Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing technologies. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of inclusive hiring and diversity recruitment best practices. Passion for renewable energy and climate-positive careers.
