Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our People Operations team. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and providing administrative support.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Sourcing and Screening: Assisting in sourcing candidates from various platforms.
• Candidate Communication: Calling and screening candidates to assess their fit for roles.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Administrative Support: Maintaining the candidate database and providing general support to the team.
