Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress within the trackers provided. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance talent acquisition strategies. Preferred candidate profile Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
