Internship Overview Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the recruitment function across media and digital roles. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of hiring, talent engagement, and stakeholder coordination in a dynamic agency setting. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn Coordinate interviews and maintain interview schedules Help in screening resumes and shortlisting profiles Update and maintain recruitment trackers and databases Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives Work closely with HRBPs and recruiters to ensure smooth process flow Who Can Apply Recent graduates or students pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related fields Strong interest in recruitment and talent management Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with MS Excel and LinkedIn; exposure to any ATS is a plus Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset What You’ll Gain First-hand exposure to recruitment operations in a top-tier media agency Experience working with a collaborative HR team and business stakeholders Opportunity to contribute to real hiring cycles and candidate engagement
