Job Description

Job responsibilities: > Recruitment and Onboarding: > Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company career websites. > Screen and review resumes, and conduct initial phone screens of potential candidates. > Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers. > Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training. HR Administration: > Maintain and update employee records and databases. > Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin team. > Handle various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization. > Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement events and activities. > Support in the implementation of initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well- being. Desired Candidate: > Pursuing/Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. > Strong communication and interpersonal skills. > Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. > Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). > Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Desired Candidate > Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
