Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings across internal and external job boards.
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with campus hiring, walk-ins, and employer branding activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

• Graduate with an MBA (HR specialization preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in HR/Talent Acquisition (internships count).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
