Talent Acquisition Intern

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the hiring of qualified and suitable candidates to fill various positions within the company. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and support in shortlisting qualified profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Help draft and post job advertisements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Support in ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Learn and apply the latest recruitment trends and tools.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and tools.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
