Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at OPPAM Wellness Pvt Ltd in Kozhikode, you will be an integral part of our HR team, dedicated to supporting our mission of breaking mental health stigma and providing accessible therapy services. OPPAM is a leading inclusive mental health platform operating globally, with a strong commitment to offering compassionate and culturally sensitive care to individuals seeking mental health support. Your role will involve assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining hiring records. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of recruitment while working closely with the HR team. We are looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in recruitment and HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a basic understanding of MS Office or Google Workspace. A background or ongoing education in HR, Psychology, or related fields is preferred. This is a full-time internship position with day shift hours and a fixed schedule. We are looking for immediate joiners who are proficient in English and can work in person at our Kozhikode location in Kerala.
