About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role offers hands-on experience in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and maintaining hiring records.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various platforms
• Source potential candidates through job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
• Support the HR team in daily hiring-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in recruitment and HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
