Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Support employer branding and outreach initiatives on social media.
• Collaborate with the HR team on daily recruitment activities.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in recruitment and HR practices.
