We are looking for a skilled and proactive Talent Acquisition specialist to lead our hiring efforts across international markets. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent for a variety of roles. Key Responsibilities:

·        Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

·        Develop job descriptions and post roles across various platforms to attract top talent.

·        Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.

·        Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines.

·        Conduct background checks and manage offer rollouts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

·        Six months to three years in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (preferably in a fast-paced or remote environment).
