Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition & HR Admin professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. This role combines strategic hiring with strong administrative execution to ensure smooth people processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition - 50 %:

Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for key roles across departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Drive employer branding initiatives and post openings on relevant platforms.

HR Administration 50 %:

Maintain and update employee records, offer letters, and HR databases.
Handle onboarding and exit formalities.
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with finance.
Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.
Coordinate employee engagement and communication activities.
Assist with vendor coordination, documentation, and HR audits.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Wellfound, Behance, etc. ).
Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and process discipline.
