As a Senior SDR / Account Manager at Quickads, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the long-term success of our customer accounts. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. This is a hybrid role combining elements of sales development and account management.
The Core Responsibilities For The Job Include The Following
Sales Development (SDR) Focus:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using various tools and techniques, including cold calling, social media outreach, and email campaigns.
- Prospecting: Engage with prospects to uncover business needs and qualify leads through discovery calls and consultative selling.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, working closely with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-up.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to ensure relevant and targeted outreach.
Account Management Focus
- Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with our products/services.
- Renewals and Upsells: Manage contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue expansion within existing accounts.
- Problem Solving: Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and account statuses in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. ).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Account Management, or related field, preferably in B2B SAAS.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, closing, and account retention.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. ) and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive, self-starter with a customer-first mindset and a passion for sales and client success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
