Job Description

KRAs include Talent Strategy & Planning, Recruitment Delivery, Sourcing Excellence, Stakeholder & Process Management

Will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing recruitment team.
Will recruit for leadership positions and middle level positions in Operation function across 6 manufacturing locations.
To build a future-ready talent pipeline for sales, operations, and leadership roles.
This role requires strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a reputed institute.
15 - 25 years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in leading talent acquisition in a manufacturing company.
Proven track record of TA for Factory, Sales and corporate roles.
Ability to scale hiring rapidly during periods of business expansion is preferred.
