Job Summary:

Talent Acquisition Expert


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions such as 

    Civil Engineers, Structural Experts, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD Professionals, and Site Engineers

     across the following domains:
  • Roads & Highway Bridges
  • Railway Infrastructure Projects
  • Water Supply & Wastewater Management
  • Irrigation and Canal Projects
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with project-specific manpower needs.
  • Collaborate with 

    Technical, Project, Proposal, and Tendering teams

     to understand and fulfill staffing requirements for bids and ongoing projects.
  • Source candidates through a mix of traditional and digital platforms including 

    LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals

    , and the 

    Company Portal

    .
  • Maintain and update a talent pool database of professionals qualified under 

    INFRACON

     and other government empanelment systems.
  • Manage the interview, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure candidates are ready for project mobilization and proposal submission timelines.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead in talent sourcing and retention strategies.


Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in 

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    .
  • Minimum 

    5 years of proven experience

     in Talent Acquisition, preferably within 

    Construction Consultancy Firms

    .
  • Strong understanding of qualifications and roles within 

    infrastructure and construction consultancy projects

    .
  • Experience in hiring for 

    government-funded, EPC, and PMC consultancy projects

    .
  • Practical knowledge of platforms such as 

    INFRACON

    CPPP

    GeM

    Tenderwizard

    , and similar registration/qualification systems.
  • Excellent 

    sourcing, screening, and interviewing

     capabilities.
  • Strong 

    organizational skills

    , attention to detail, and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
