Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert, He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. This role will also involve collaborating with management to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and employing various recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Own full recruitment cycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop hiring roadmaps aligned to business expansion (Salesforce ramp-up, Tech hires, Operations scaling).
  • Partner with department heads to define job descriptions, competencies, and timelines.

Leadership Hiring & Strategic Support

  • Handle senior leadership recruitment (VP Sales, National Heads, CXOs).
  • Advise leadership on compensation benchmarking, market trends, and competitor hiring activity.
  • Actively contribute to organizational design and manpower planning.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

  • Build strong candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, campus drives, and referrals.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies for niche roles (IoT engineers, AI/ML talent, telematics experts, sales hunters).
  • Maintain active talent pool database for future scaling needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Strong networking abilities and familiarity with various recruitment methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the IT industry is advantageous
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
