About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The

role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing,

attracting, and hiring top talent for finance-related roles such as accounting, auditing,

investment, risk management, compliance, and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for finance-related roles.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely interview scheduling and feedback.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for niche and hard-to-fill finance positions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards, especially in regulated finance roles.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the finance sector.
• Maintain and update recruitment data on ATS systems and generate reports for management.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the finance/banking sector.
• Strong understanding of finance roles, terminology, and compliance-driven hiring practices.
• Proven experience in sourcing through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring as well as niche leadership recruitment.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRMS tools and MS Office.
