Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
* Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
**Job Requirements**
* 0-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
* Strong understanding of sourcing profiles for non-IT roles.
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
