Job Description

SJ Contracts is Hiring HR Executive (3–8 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, scheduling & coordination.
  • Anticipate hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline via portals, social media & industry mapping.
  • Publish job postings to attract quality candidates.
  • Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports & candidate databases.
  • Support additional HR activities as required.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    3–8 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

    (mandatory experience in Real Estate or consulting industry).

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred).
  • Skills:

    Strong sourcing & recruitment expertise, preferably with

    volume hiring exposure

    . Excellent English communication with good understanding of Marathi.
  • Attributes:

    Confident, positive, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
