Talent Acquisition Executive

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Source and screen resumes from job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed) and other channels. • Conduct initial HR screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on job requirements. • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers. • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions (developers, testers, support engineers, etc.). • Develop and maintain a database of qualified candidates and potential future hires. Stakeholder & Candidate Management • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming hiring needs. • Manage candidate expectations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Job Posting & Employer Branding • Draft, post, and maintain job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms. • Support HR branding initiatives to attract quality talent (e.g., LinkedIn posts, company careers page). • Promote the company culture and values during candidate interactions. Process Optimization • Recommend improvements in recruitment processes and tools. • Keep track of hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source of hire) and contribute to hiring quality improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Graduation in Any Field • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment (preferably in a service-based or staffing company). • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
